TRAVIS WHEELER

Travis is a multidisciplinary artist specializing in tattooing, sign painting, and murals. In 2014 he founded Borrowed Times Studio as a one man art machine providing handmade lettering and realistic illustration to clients all around the Portland area and beyond. He’s worked with clients such as Keen Footwear, Chris King Precision Parts, and local rockers Hippie Death Cult. His murals and signs can be found in Wedgehead Pinball Bar, Holy Ghost Bar, Five and Dime, Da’ Hui Hawaiian Bar and Grill, and Foster Outdoor. In 2021, Travis began tattooing and is currently a licensed tattoo artist in the state of Oregon. He’s studying black and grey realism, lettering, and illustrative blacks work tattoos. He’s happy to help bring your idea to life or create a custom piece just for you. You can find him at The Little Tattoo Shoppe in Northeast Portland’s historic Irvington neighborhood.
